Heba sale contract signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency and Nectar from Backa Palanka today signed a sales agreement, selling 70% of the socially owned assets in bottled water producer Heba, from Bujanovac.
The buyer agreed a price of €2.5 million, an investment programme worth €6 million and minimum liabilities from the social programme.
The second ranked bidder was Roaming Electronics from Belgrade.
