Vuk Jeremic
In a statement to B92 TV, Jeremic said that Serbia has been given guarantees that the six point UN plan will not be changed.
The plan which Serbia has agreed to envisages that the police chain of command in Serb areas will remain almost unaltered even after the deployment of EULEX, while part of the tax revenues collected in the northern part of the province will be at the disposal of local Serbs.
Serbia is seeking from the EU to get UN approval for its presence in Kosovo, to keep its mission status-neutral and to refrain from implementing the Ahtisaari plan that was rejected by the Security Council because of opposition from Serbia and Russia.
