Talks begin with sole bidder for International CG

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for International CG in restructuring, complete with accompanying equipment and the rights to facilities on Mt Kopaonik, decided to begin talks with the sole bidder.
The statement specifies that the tender commission yesterday approved the Agency’s assessment of the sole bidder MK Group and decided to engage in talks with them.
The negotiating committee will be formed within seven days and the deadline for negotiations on the sale is 60 days after the formation of the committee.
