Deployment of EU mission in Kosovo must be according to Resolution 1244

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Jeremic said last night that Kosovo-Metohija division is not part of the UN six-item plan and will never be considered.
In a statement to the Radio Television Serbia, Jeremic said that according to the six-item plan the UN will have a precisely defined role in Kosovo-Metohija, adding that Serbia will start its cooperation with the EULEX mission as soon as it becomes status-neutral.
The EULEX mission can take over authority from UNMIK in some areas, if in accordance with Resolution 1244.
Serbia asks from the EU that the EULEX mission be approved by the UN Security Council, is status-neutral and not in accordance with the Ahtisaari plan.
