Sale contract for Nis Express approved

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for the sale of 70% of the socially-owned transportation company Nis Express from Nis has approved the signing of the sale contract with the sole bidder consortium Nis-Express.
The statement says that the decision to sell 57.5% of the total registered capital was made at the tender commission’s third session.
In the upcoming period, the agency will close the contract on the sale of Nis Express transporter.
