Sale contract for Kolubara Univerzal signed

The Privatisation Agency and ContiTech Rubber Industrial Kft. From Hungary signed on September 11 a contract selling 70% of Kolubara Univerzal.
The main elements of the contract include a sale price of €11 million, investment programme worth €4 million and minimum obligations from the social programme.
