Philip Morris submits bid for DIB from Bujanovac

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the tender for the sale of shares which make up 57.74% of the total registered capital of DIB from Bujanovac confirmed that the only bid was submitted by Dutch company Philip Morris Participations BV.
At the tender commission’s first session on August 26 it was established that only one bid was submitted within the deadline.
After the qualifying documentation was opened, the president of the tender commission adjourned the session and postponed it until after the advisor assesses the bid and determines whether the bidder fulfils the necessary conditions.
