The Serbian Privatisation Agency said in a statement that the tender commission for the sale of the producer, processor and distributor of agricultural products Nova Sloga from Trstenik unanimously accepted the tender list according to which Frikom from Belgrade has been declared first-ranked bidder.
The statement adds that yesterday at its second session the tender commission was presented with a bid for the purchase of 70% of Nova Sloga’s total capital and that it accepted the tender list.
The basic elements of the offer by the top ranked bidder are a purchase price of €4 million, an investment programme worth €11 million and unconditional agreement to the minimum obligations of the social programme.
The basic elements of the second-ranked bidder Delta Agrar from Belgrade were a purchase price of €3.3 million and an investment programme worth €5 million, with the obligatory minimum obligations from the social programme.
A consortium comprising Univerzal TPM from Belgrade and Plima M from Krusevac was third-ranked with its proposed purchase price of €1.010 million and an investment programme worth €6.130 million, with the obligatory minimum obligations from the social programme.
The Privatisation Agency and Frikom will begin negotiations and if they are concluded satisfactorily, the Agency will sign the sale contract with the first-ranked bidder.
