Contract on sale of shares of Fabrika Hartije paper mill from Belgrade signed

Representatives of the Share Fund and the Serbian Privatisation Agency signed today a contract on the sale of shares of the Fabrika Hartije paper mill from Belgrade with the first-ranked bidder at the tender.
The buyer of 83.9% of shares of the company is a consortium of legal entities consisting of Umka – Fabrika Kartona cardboard factory from Belgrade, Avala – Ada from Belgrade and Jafa – Fabrika Biskvita biscuits factory from Crvenka.
The basic elements of the contract of sale are the purchase price of €1,750,000 and an investment programme over a five year period to the amount of €10,500,000.
The total value of the first-ranked bidder’s offer is €4,749,602.50, while the second-ranked bidder is a consortium consisting of Zao Kartontara from Russia and Vimcamex Consulting Ltd from Nicosia, with a total bid value of €4,445,050.
