Security in Serbia is not in jeopardy

Serbian Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac said today that security in Serbia is not in jeopardy despite incidents at yesterday’s rally and added that this time the police reacted timely and more seriously and prevented the violence from spreading.
Sutanovac expressed regret over the fact that Belgrade was again smashed up, and underlined that at gatherings like yesterday’s there must be a special attitude towards reporters because citizens want to be informed about developments.
Speaking about the safety of state officials, he said that all services which are in charge of that have been doing their job seriously.
