Oric acquittal new crime against innocent victims

Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica said that the decision made by the Hague tribunal today to acquit Naser Oric makes the tribunal an accomplice in the war crimes Oric committed.

In a statement to the Tanjug news agency, Kostunica underlined that this verdict is a new crime against Oric’s innocent victims.
After the acquittal of war criminals Ramus Haradinaj and Naser Oric, the Hague tribunal has lost all claim to legitimacy and cannot be viewed as a just court, said the Prime Minister.
According to Kostunica, the Hague tribunal is no longer a legitimate court and it is now completely obvious that the tribunal exists above all to find only one side guilty – the Serbs – for the crimes committed during the civil war which broke up Yugoslavia.
