Sale contract for Keramika from Mladenovac signed

Representatives of the Serbian Privatisation Agency and the Share Fund signed a contract on the sale of shares of the construction ceramics producer Keramika from Mladenovac with a consortium comprising Inter Gas from Belgrade and Oil BG from Sofia.
The basic elements of the contract are a sale price of €1.126 million and an investment programme worth €3 million.
The buyer has also accepted the minimum obligations of the social welfare programme.
At the public tender for the sale of 62.8% of Keramika’s assets, announced on September 28, 2007, the abovementioned consortium submitted the only bid.
At the third session, the tender commission decided to begin talks with the sole bidder.
