The Serbian national stand, which covers 100 square metres, will be divided into two thematic areas: "Serbia - Discover opportunities" and "Belgrade – City of the future". It will contain presentations of three domestic companies, representatives of three cities and one municipality, and two specialised agencies for attracting investments.
The companies that will present themselves at the fair are the Legat real estate agency, business park management Small Steps from Mali Idjos and the domestic fair of real estate and investment Bel Re, which will be held in Belgrade from October 30 to November 1 this year, as well as representatives from Kragujevac, Subotica and Vranje, and the municipality of Indjija.
In addition to SIEPA, as the national agency, representatives of the Directorate for Building Land and Construction of Belgrade (Beoland) will also speak to investors at the Serbian stand.
Such a mixture of leading real estate companies in Serbia, representatives of local self-governments and specialised agencies are the basis for high expectations which the organiser has in terms of new investors and foreign partners who will decide to do business in Serbia after this gathering.
"Real Vienna" is the only business fair of real estate and investments, specialising in the central and eastern European market only, and as such it is an ideal place to promote Serbia’s investment potential when it comes to real estate.
Last year’s fair saw a total of 196 exhibitors from 21 countries in the region, and as many as 3,800 visitors from 25 countries attended the fair. This year the number of exhibitors will be up by 20%.
Serbian representatives have a huge amount of work ahead of them over the three days as they aim to attract investors from competing countries in the region, where the real estate sector has experienced a real boom in the last few years.
