According to a statement issued by the Privatisation Agency, the basic elements of the offer by the top ranked bidder Nelt Co from Belgrade are a purchase price of €3,152,254, an investment programme worth €1,763,250 and the buyer unconditionally agrees to all the obligations of the minimal social programme, as well as certain additional elements.
Two bids were submitted to the tender for the company Javna Skladista, which was held on November 9, 2007, by Nelt Co from Belgrade and MLP Pruszkow from Poland.
At the second session of the tender commission in charge of the sale of 70% of the capital of Javna Skladista, held on April 14 this year, results of the tender were approved and according to which Nelt Co was declared to be top bidder and MLP Pruszkow ranked second.
