Samardzic to visit Gora, Strpce in Kosovo

Serbian Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Slobodan Samardzic, the Ministry’s State Secretary Dusan Prorokovic and Assistant Minister Ljubomir Kljakic will visit Kosovo-Metohija on May 7.
Minister Samardzic and his associates will visit Gora-Vraniste, where they will speak with locals and representatives of institutions and they will deliver a decision on the allocation of funds for encouraging development of businesses.
After that, the minister will visit the Saint Archangels monastery, where they will speak with the clergy.
In Strpce, Samardzic will talk to local residents and representatives of various institutions, and will also handover funds approved for encouraging the development of small businesses.
According to the statement, funds were allocated for projects which were submitted to the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija, and will support the development of beekeeping, sheep farming, the construction of fruit storage facilities, improvement of tourism and other projects, which will create employment in areas inhabited by Serbs, members of the Gorani and Bosniak communities and others living in Kosovo who accept Serbia as their country.
