Concession tenders to be launched soon

Serbian Minister of Capital Investment Velimir Ilic said today that tenders for the concessions for construction of highways in Serbia will be launched soon.

Ilic told the state Radio Television of Serbia that concessions are expected to be offered in one or two months' time. He stressed that there is enough traffic on the Ibar highway to attract licencees and that large international firms have already shown interest, especially for the sections Nis-Dimitrovgrad and Novi Sad-Subotica.
