Bids for Internacional CG from Belgrade ranked

The Serbian Privatisation Agency ranked the bids for the purchase of property Internacional CG from New Belgrade, along with the accompanying equipment.
The first-ranked bidder is NBGP Properties from Belgrade, with an offer of €148,800,999.
The second ranked is consortium Aida Asset Association AG and Global Real Estate & Investment with an offer worth €145,800,999, while the third ranked is Armini Enterprises Company Limited, with an offer of €136,800,999.
The tender commission for the sale of this company also approved the closing of sales agreement with the first-ranked bidder, who has the obligation of taking over and retaining the 556 employees of this company in the next two years.
