Jeremic starts two-day visit to Vietnam

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Jeremic has arrived on a two-day visit to Vietnam to discuss the current state of the process for determining the future status of Kosovo-Metohija as well as bilateral relations with Vietnamese officials.

Jeremic met in Hanoi with Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem and tomorrow he is due to meet with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung. The Minister will also hold a lecture at the Academy of Diplomacy.
Vietnam is a non-permanent UN Security Council member and opposes the unilateral declaration of independence by Kosovo-Metohija.
