In a statement to Radio Television Serbia, Djilas recalled that
at its last session the government adopted the Decree on choosing National Investment Plan funded projects for next year, adding that the new Serbian government will decide on the projects.
According to him, the aim is to help Kosovo as much as possible in the economic sense by way of a diplomatic fight, because if Serbia is strong it can fight for its southern province.
Speaking about the NIP, the Minister specified that €110 million was spent in the first year of its implementation, around €500 million in the second year, whereas €600 million has been projected for this year in order to implement 971 projects.
Djilas, who on March 21 visited Gora in Kosovo-Metohija, announced that he will inform the relevant ministers about specific problems facing the population there, so that they can be solved and make the Gorani feel a part of Serbia.
He explained that these problems mostly concern lapses in the years of service and donations by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
