Serbian Minister for Public Administration and Local Self-Government Milan Markovic and Minister of Labour and Social Policy Rasim Ljajic visited the village of Gornje Kusce in Kosovo-Metohija, where they met with coordinators of the municipalities of Gnjilane, Vitina, and Kosovska Kamenica, and with the head of the Kosovsko Pomoravlje district.
During the meeting, Markovic said that the Ministry announced a public offer for allocation of funds from the fund from the games of chance and called on coordinators of the municipalities to apply with their projects.
Markovic recalled that all 13 municipalities in Kosovo which entered projects for the first time received funds, mainly for infrastructure and technical equipment for municipal administration.
The ministers presented two computers to the coordinators of the aforementioned municipalities, and later also visited the internally displaced families Vasiljkovic and Djoric who are living in the Partes cultural centre.
Ljajic pledged to the families that they will be provided with suitable accommodation as soon as possible. The ministers handed over school stationary and two computers each for the six children in these two families, and also donated basic house appliances.
