Ilic, Bubalo hand over keys to flats in Jasa Tomic

Serbian Minister of Trade and Services Predrag Bubalo and Serbian Minister of Infrastructure Velimir Ilic handed over today the keys to 43 flats to residents of Jasa Tomic whose houses were destroyed by the floods in 2005.

Ilic said that government representatives were constantly present in the area and made efforts to rebuild all that was destroyed and to bring life back to normal.
The Minister said that there were quite a lot of problems, and reconstruction required huge funds.
He expressed gratitude to the residents for their help and added that the government and local people worked as a team on the reconstruction of the village.
Ilic recommended to people in Serbia and Vojvodina to always work as a team and safeguard and defend Serbia with sincerity.
Bubalo said that nearly 300 new houses and flats have been built in the village of Jasa Tomic since 2005, which shows that the government fulfilled its pledge.
