Media Advisor to the Serbian Prime Minister Srdjan Djuric said this evening that it is important that the US annuls the decision to recognise the fictitious state of Kosovo on Serbian territory so that the principles of international law are reestablished in the Balkans.
In a statement to the news agency Beta, Djuric said that according to the UN Charter and the Serbian Constitution, Kosovo is part of Serbia and will remain an inalienable part of the country.
He said that peace and stability in the region can be achieved only by respecting international law, and added that Serbia’s message to the world is simple and clear and it says – Kosovo is Serbia.
