Peaceful protest scheduled for February 21 in Belgrade

Serbian Minister of Energy and Mining Aleksandar Popovic stated today that the rally in Belgrade, scheduled for February 21, is the best opportunity for citizens of Serbia to speak their mind on the division of Serbia and the attempt to create a fictitious state in the southern province.
In a statement to the Tanjug news agency, Popovic said there are issues on which there can be no disagreement, issues more important than differences between people, and added that the issue of the Serbian state, of Kosovo-Metohija, is one of those.
Today, when they are trying to take away our Kosovo-Metohija and create a fictitious state in our southern province, all citizens must speak their mind on the matter, said the Minister.
He stressed that the peaceful protest in Belgrade on Thursday at 5 pm is an opportunity for everyone to clearly say they do not accept the dismemberment of Serbia.
