Serbian Minister of Education Zoran Loncar said that Serbs in Strpce, whom he visited today together with Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic, said that they will stay in their centuries old homestead.
Loncar told Tanjug news agency that he talked with his compatriots in Strpce about further functioning of that Serbian enclave in Kosovo-Metohija and that he responded to many questions related to everyday life of Serbian population in the Serbian southern province in the upcoming days.
The Minister of Education reiterated that Serbia will never recognise independence of its southern province and that it will continue to apply the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Serbia in the territory of Kosovo-Metohija.
