Interior Minister gradually recovering at Banjica institute

Serbian Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic stated today that Minister of Interior Dragan Jocic, who was injured in a traffic accident on January 25, is still gradually recovering.
Milosavljevic told Radio Television Serbia that the process of intensive treatment and intensive care is now over and that Jocic is now being treated in the semi-intensive care ward of the Orthopaedic Institute Banjica.
Jocic had a serious spinal injury and he was successful operated on a few hours after the accident, the Minister said and noted that this injury requires full treatment and rehabilitation.
He noted that the intensive treatment of driver Mirko Damjanovic at the Emergency Centre in Belgrade has also been completed.
After several operations, Damjanovic is recovering, according to Milosavljevic.
