A delegation of the Serbian government led by head of the Office for International Cooperation and European Integration of the Serbian Ministry of Interior Drazen Maravic arrived today in Brussels to continue dialogue on a visa abolishment regime between Serbia and the EU.
This visit was agreed at
a meeting of Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic and European Commission Vice-President Franco Frattini held on January 30 in Belgrade.
The aim of the visit is to establish a road map towards the White Schengen List for the Republic of Serbia as well as a timeframe for the dialogue.
The Serbian delegation will meet with Director for Immigration, Borders and Asylum Jean-Louis de Brouwer at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice, Freedom and Security.
Apart from Maravic, the Serbian delegation will include Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Branko Radosevic and advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister for legal affairs in European integration Vladimir Todoric.
