Dismembering of Serbia the aim of sending EU mission to Kosovo

Serbian Minister of Education Zoran Loncar said today that if Serbia signs the political agreement with the EU, even after its decision today to send a mission to create an independent Kosovo, Serbia would be the first to recognise the province's independence.
Loncar told the Beta news agency that the EU's decision to send the political agreement to Serbia and to instruct its mission to Kosovo-Metohija with the aim of dismembering Serbia just one day after the presidential election represents the overt blackmail of Serbia, the Minister underlined.
He underlined that Serbia has always rejected blackmail, no matter who it came from, and voiced hope that the same will happen with this one as well.
