Loncar stressed that the best way to preserve the state is through respect of international law, and the fastest way to defend and develop it is through improvement of education and culture.

Speaking about Kosovo-Metohija, he said that sending an EU mission to the province would help create a new independent state of Kosovo-Metohija and force Serbia to annul the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA).
In case the EU illegally sends a mission to Kosovo regardless of an already signed SAA, Serbian parliament will be obliged to annul the document because otherwise it would, in practice, indirectly recognise the province’s independence, explained Loncar.
He said that the Serbian government will continue with its principled and consistent policy of respecting international law and seeking a compromise solution to the province’s status with even greater determination.
