After the meeting with Rehn, Jeremic said that Serbia might sign the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU on January 28, provided that all EU countries agree that Serbia fulfils the condition of full cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
Jeremic told Rehn that Serbia is doing everything to hand over all the remaining indictees to the tribunal.
According to him, Serbia's EU integration and preservation of the territorial integrity are priorities of the Serbian government.
The subject of Jeremic's talks with Frattini was liberalisation of the visa regime.
