Bids for IMK “29. novembar” from Subotica opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the public opening of bids for the purchase of capital of company IMK “29. novembar” from Subotica in restructuring was opened yesterday.
By the deadline of October 5, 2007, bids were submitted by Kovacek from Kasina, Croatia, Lijanovici from Siroki Brijeg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Consortium consisting of Gumel from Hajdukovo, Agriacoop from Backa Topola and TPU Company from Backa Topola.
The tender commission concluded that Kovacek company does not fulfil qualification requirements from the Public invitation for the purchase, while the other two bidders do.
The financial and legal advisors of the Privatisation Agency will evaluate the bids and make heir decisions known 30 days at the latest from the day when the bids were opened.
