The bills on management of waste, packaging and packaging waste and on amendments to the Law on environmental protection were adopted.
The government also adopted the bill confirming the agreement on guarantees between Serbia and the European Investment Bank (EIB) on restoration of B2 roads and bridges and adopted the programme for financial assistance to socially-disadvantaged groups in Kosovo-Metohija.
The Information on confirming the programme for distribution of incentive funds for economic development in the territory of Kosovo-Metohija was adopted, as well as the Information on obligations and need for financial restructuring of the shareholders company for production and commerce of cars Zastava Automobili.
Decrees were passed on amendments to the Decree on sale of capital and assets through public tender and to the Decree on manner and conditions for settling debt obligations of entities subject to privatisation.
The government passed a Decree on issuing the postal stamp “Fight against Human Trafficking” and the Decision on seasonal customs duty rates on import of certain agricultural products.
A Decision was brought on criteria for determining customs contingents for import of certain goods in 2008, as well as the Decision on determining goods for whose export, import and transit certain conditions have been established.
The strategy for development of rail, road, water and air transport in Serbia for the period from 2008 to 2015 was adopted.
Decisions were brought according to which the cultural centre in Valjevo, the building of the old school in Usce, buildings of the big and small schools in Koceljeva, the Velickovic Villa in Niska Banja, the memorial to fallen soldiers in the years from 1912-1918 in Cacak and the Jewish graveyard in Nis have been declared cultural monuments.
The government gave Consent to the initiative for launching privatisation procedure in public companies Pozega Television, Radio Pozega, Radio Cacak, Radio Secanj, Zrenjanin, Radio Backa Palanka, RTV Caribrod in Dimitrovgrad, RTV Batonica, media house Barajevo and printing, radio and film company in Bor.
The Decision was passed on distribution of one-off monetary assistance to employees in social welfare establishments in the amount of RSD 5,000 per employee and Consent was given to the Rulebook on the list of medicines which are provided through obligatory health insurance.
Branko Jocic was appointed state secretary at the Ministry of Infrastructure, Bojan Djuric state secretary at the Ministry for Diaspora, Zoran Drobnjak director general of the public road company Putevi Srbije and Milanko Sarancic director general of the public rail company Zeleznice Srbije.
