A new software was launched today at the Belgrade Commercial Court that should promote efficiency and transparency of commercial courts in Serbia.
The application can be reached on the website of commercial courts.
The application was launched thanks to the programme for automated Case Management System (CMS) as part of the reform of Serbian commercial courts.
The project is worth nearly $13 million and is financed by the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
