The Serbian state negotiating team presented in Brussels today a comparative analysis of the substantial autonomy model of Hong Kong, Oland Islands and Kosovo-Metohija, as well as functional solutions in line with the UN Charter and fundamental principles of the respect of sovereignty and territorial integrity of internationally recognised states.
