Prorokovic voiced regret over the fact that no answer from UNMIK has yet arrived and underlined that according to both international standards and decrees made by UNMIK itself, the persons who usurped someone else's property cannot run in elections, let alone be ministers, deputies or municipal presidents.
He added that Ryker was also informed that certain candidates for municipal presidents and deputies of local assemblies registered the usurped property as their own in property sheets.
Prorokovic stressed that that is forgery and theft, which requires criminal proceedings to be taken. He explained that now there are two options - either to prohibit all Albanian politicians who usurped Serbian property in Kosovo-Metohija to run in November 17 elections, or to declare their possible election illegitimate.
