Agreement on setting up centre for diaspora in Novi Sad signed

Representatives of the Serbian Ministry for Diaspora and the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Novi Sad signed today an agreement on cooperation and establishment of a centre for diaspora as part of the chamber of commerce.
State Secretary at the Ministry for Diaspora Jovan Filipovic said that improvement of economic partnership between the mother country and the diaspora at the local level is one of the strategic goals of this ministry.
He said that Serbian citizens living abroad are interested in investing in Serbia, but that they need help and explained that the centre for diaspora will provide information to the diaspora on possibilities of economic cooperation with the region.
