Dinkic said on the occasion that following yesterday’s initialling of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU, Serbia must do a lot in all segments of society to reach standards and quality which could allow it to become part of the EU on an equal basis.
He said that Serbia cannot raise exports if it does not improve the quality of its products, to make them more competitive. He added that some of the companies are already able to fulfill all standards for entering Europe.

If the concept of privatisation of major public companies is accepted then in 2008 Serbia could expect a minimum of $ 6 million in FDI, said Dinkic.
