Talks with sole bidder for Zrenjanin sugar factory to begin

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission, tasked with monitoring the implementation of the public for the sale of 60.54% of the total capital of Zrenjanin sugar factory from Zrenjanin, decided at its second session to begin talks with the sole bidder United Business Activities Holding AG from Switzerland.
Since only one bidder took part in the tender, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development will in the upcoming period set up a committee for talks with the sole bidder.
