Sale contract for Prahovo chemical factory signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that a sale contract selling 100% of Industrija Hemijskih Proizvoda Prahovo was signed on October 26 with Greek Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis.
The sale price was set at €5 million, the investment programme is worth €20 million, and the buyer agreed to the social programme.
Two bids were submitted for the Prahovo plant, that of Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis, and second-ranked Univerzal from Belgrade.
