The Memorandum was signed by representatives of the Serbian and Bulgarian commissions – Milko Stimac and Apostol Apostolov.
With this Memorandum, regulatory institutions of financial markets of the two countries have established official cooperation that will enable expansion of the financial market and higher level of safety and protection of clients of investment firms.
The commissions will cooperate on exchanging information and expert consultations in the field of securities and protection of market from financial crime.
The Serbian Securities Commission has so far signed memorandums of cooperation with the regulatory institutions of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania and Greece.
