Over 1,130 applications submitted for start-up loans

The Serbian Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises stated today that the Serbian Development Fund received over 1,130 applications for start-up loans from all over Serbia.
The large number of applications shows that there are many young people withn good ideas in Serbia, who are willing to take the entreprenurial risk and build career through their own business.
The Agency voiced satisfaction that it achieved two primary goals of the Ministrry of Economy and Regional Development, and these are decentralisation of receiving applications for loans through 17 regional offices and incraese in the number of new wokplaces through newly-opened firms.
Start-up loans are granted with the aim of encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and enabling a more balanced regional development in Serbia, it is added in the statement. This form of crediting will be continued through next competition as well.
