Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Jeremic said today in London that an agreement on “good neighbourly relations of Kosovo and Serbia being two independent states”which the Pristina delegation handed over today to the Contact Group’s negotiating troika is unacceptable for Serbia.
We do not see the future relation between Serbia and Kosovo-Metohija as relationship between two independent states, Jeremic said after meeting with foreign policy and defence advisor to the British Prime Minister Simon McDonald.
Negotiations should be in focus so that we can reach a compromising solution, Jeremic pointed out.
Jeremic and Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Slobodan Samardzic led the Serbian delegation in a
meeting with the negotiating troika in London last night in the renewed negotiations on the status of Kosovo-Metohija.
