Sale contract signed for ZGOP from Novi Sad

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that representatives of the agency and Integral Engineering from Laktasi in Republika Srpska signed a contract for sale of 70% of the socially owned capital of the company for construction, restoration and maintenance of railway lines ZGOP from Novi Sad.
According to the statement, the contract was signed on September 14.
The basic elements of the contract are a sale price of €3.6 million, an investment programme worth €9.214, and the buyer also accepted certain additional obligations from the minimum social programme.
The public tender for the company ZGOP was announced on December 26, 2006 and the only bid was submitted by Integral Engineering.
The tender commission in charge of the sale of 70% of the total registered socially owned capital of the ZGOP was formed on March 8.
At the third session of the tender commission held on September 6, a decision was brought on concluding the contract for sale of the socially owned capital of ZGOP to the sole bidder Integral Engineering.
