Conditions for Serb participation in Kosovo-Metohija elections unfulfilled

Serbian Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Slobodan Samardzic stated today that Serbian top officials, after discussing the matter for a couple of days, estimated that conditions for participation of Serbs in the forthcoming elections in the province have not been made.
For the time being, this is a recommendation, and the final decision will be made in a few days’ time, Samardzic told Tanjug news agency.
