Sale agreement for Savremena Administracija signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that a sale agreement for 70% of Savremena Administracija from Belgrade has been signed.
The contract was signed with a consortium of Broadhurst Investment Limited from Cyprus and Srbijateks from Belgrade.
The basic elements of the agreement are the selling price of €5 million, investment programme worth €500,000 and minimum and additional requirements from the social welfare programme.
