Serbia’s constructive contribution to finding compromise solution to Kosovo-Metohija status

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic met today with EU representative of the international troika of envoys for the Kosovo-Metohija status talks Wolfgang Ischinger and underlined that Serbia has given a constructive contribution in finding a compromise solution to the province’s status.

Djelic and Ischinger discusses the negotiating process so far and steps to be taken in the future and the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister underlined that the compromise solution for Kosovo-Metohija must be founded on valid principles of international law that must not in any way jeopardise the territorial integrity and state sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.
