Commercial contracts signed with leading Chinese companies

Belgrade/Shanghai, 28 May 2026

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarović signed in Shanghai today, in the presence of President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, commercial contracts with leading Chinese companies, which will bring Serbia more than €953 million in new investments and almost 1,700 new jobs.

New contracts were signed with the companies Minth Group for investments in Loznica and Šabac, SHAC and BMTS Technology in Novi Sad and Xingyu Automotive in Niš, while new investments have also been announced by the companies Linglong Tire in Zrenjanin and Yusei in Niš.

Mesarović underlined that these agreements represent a strong impetus for the further development of automotive industry and high technologies in Serbia and confirm that our country is one of the most attractive investment destinations in Europe today.

She emphasised that it is particularly important that a Sino-Serbian Youth Cultural Centre has also been opened, where young people from Serbia will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience in the field of contemporary technologies, innovation and industrial development.
