During the visit, Mesarović emphasised that what was presented today shows what the future looks like for Serbia, underlining that our country is entering a new phase of technological and industrial development.
She said that President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić stated that Serbia will be the first country in Europe to produce humanoid robots, and that such production in our country will be launched in less than two months.
The Deputy Prime Minister stated that Serbia will soon have centres where robots will be developed, as well as new industrial zones and modern production capacities that will position the country among the most technologically advanced in Europe.
According to her, it is particularly important that young people from Serbia are gaining new knowledge and experience in China today, which will be the basis for the further development of a modern and technologically strong Serbia in the future.
The world is changing rapidly and therefore it is important that Serbia keeps pace with the most advanced technologies, robotics and innovations that shape the future. Knowledge, innovation and new technologies are the foundation of every successful country, the Deputy Prime Minister underlined.
