NATO should give up on Ahtisaari’s plan

Media advisor of Serbian Prime Minister Srdjan Djuric invited NATO to publicly give up supporting the plan of UN Special Envoy Martti Ahtisaari envisioning monitored independence for Kosovo-Metohija.
NATO's spokesperson should not give us promises that they are not making a NATO state in Kosovo, but it is necessary that this military alliance should publicly give up supporting Ahtisaari’s plan, Beta news agency quoted Djuric’s statement.
According to him, so far we have not heard that NATO will respect the inviolability of Serbian internationally recognised borders and sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia.
As long as NATO supports Ahtisaari’s plan and especially annex 11 of this plan, it is clear that this is an attempt to make a first NATO state, Djuric said.
