Concessioners in the Horgos-Pozega highway construction project FCC Construction S.A and Alpine Mayreder Bau GmbH. responded to the letter by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic which presented the initiative to display the contract on the Serbian government’s official website, stating that the concessioners “are still firmly against the Serbian government’s intention to make the contract available to the public,” and calls upon Article 24,2 which regulates contract confidentiality.
