Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica received today the general manager of Russia's international airline Aeroflot Valery Okulov and pointed to the importance of strengthening Serbian-Russian economic cooperation.

Kostunica said that Aeroflot is an important company in the field of air traffic and added that the Serbian government launched a procedure for selection of the privatisation advisor for Jat Airways who will propose the privatisation strategy.
The Serbian Prime Minister said that Aeroflot is welcome to table its bid in the selection of a strategic partner for the national airliner.
The meeting was also attended by Serbian government ministers - for infrastructure Velimir Ilic, and economy and regional development Mladjan Dinkic, as well as Russian Ambassador to Serbia Aleksandar Alekseyev.
